La commission nationale du d\u00e9bat public (CNDP) qui est un organisme ind\u00e9pendant, conduit une consultation nationale depuis\u00a0le\u00a0 10 novembre dernier jusqu’au 26 avril 2024<\/strong>, consultation dont le compte-rendu sera publi\u00e9 le 26 juin 2024. Elle mobilise 40 personnes sur ce projet plus la contribution d’universit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n

COMMENT ON SE PARTAGE LA MER ? Telle est la question qui motive ce d\u00e9bat puisqu’il ne vous a pas \u00e9chapp\u00e9 que l’espace marin devient un enjeu territorial entre activit\u00e9s humaines souvent concurrentes (la p\u00eache, l’\u00e9olien, la navigation, les loisirs etc…), toutes contraintes par ailleurs aux respect d’imp\u00e9ratifs environnementaux. Avec pour cons\u00e9quence l’\u00e9laboration d’une planification spatialle et temporelle pour la mer de plus en plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, \u00e0 l’intar de l’espace terrestre.<\/p>\n\n

Pendant un peu plus de 4 mois\u00a0vous pouvez participer \u00e0 ce d\u00e9bat\u00a0<\/strong>et \u00e0 plusieurs moments selon votre souhait puisque diverses modalit\u00e9s vous sont propos\u00e9es:<\/p>\n\n

  • \u00a0“Faites votre exp\u00e9rience” en vous informant sur les enjeux, en consultant les cartographies\u00a0 mises \u00e0 disposition, en analysant la position des parties prenantes.<\/li>\n\n
  • \u00a0Intervenez sur la plateforme participative pour exprimer vos avis, propositions, commentaires et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 d’autres.<\/li>\n\n
  • \u00a0Participez directement aux d\u00e9bats en visio-conf\u00e9rence et r\u00e9seaux sociaux ainsi qu’aux visites de terrains et \u00e0 l’un ou plusieurs des 200 \u00e9v\u00e8nements pr\u00e9vus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
