Et de la fa\u00e7on la plus incompr\u00e9hensible et incoh\u00e9rente qui soit. En Atlantique o\u00f9 le stock se maintient tant bien que mal, la prise autoris\u00e9e serait r\u00e9duite \u00e0 1 bar\/p\u00eacheur\/jour<\/strong> avec autorisation de prises en p\u00e9riode de frai alors qu’elle est maintenue \u00e0 2 bars\/p\u00eacheur\/jour (interdiction de prise du 1er janvier au 31 mars) en Manche o\u00f9 la ressource est d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans un \u00e9tat critique. Et pour faire bonne mesure, restriction pour la premi\u00e8re fois sur le lieu jaune : 2 prises\/p\u00eacheur\/jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dans le m\u00eame temps, la p\u00eache pratiqu\u00e9e par les gros armements – lesquels ont les moyens de se faire entendre – reste autoris\u00e9e pour le bar en p\u00e9riode de frai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n L’UNAN demande depuis des ann\u00e9es l’interdiction de la p\u00eache du bar (p\u00eache de loisir et professionnelle) pendant la p\u00e9riode de reproduction, moyen \u00e9vident pour permettre le maintient voire l’accroissement du stock et pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie actuelle.
